Press Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Third Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00pm to 07:00am) Operate and monitor press machinery to ensure safe, efficient production of metal products. Set and adjust machine parameters such as speed, temperature, and tooling setup. Inspect finished products for quality issues and make adjustments as needed. Press Operator Qualifications: Prior experience operating press machinery or similar heavy manufacturing equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to learn and adjust machine settings. Ability to identify basic product quality issues and follow inspection standards. Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
