Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Chesapeake Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Tenant Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, takes ownership, and can keep a project moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead the installation of pipe, fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers according to plans and applicable codes.
• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping and sprinkler systems.
• Lead and train Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques.
• Communicate with designers regarding design changes and material shortages.
• Produce accurate red-line drawings for the design team.
• Communicate project and schedule changes with the Field Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Complete daily progress reports and required project paperwork.
• Attend project and coordination meetings as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Immediately report water damage, injuries, accidents, or other incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong fire sprinkler installation knowledge and leadership skills.
• Basic computer and email skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crews, designers, project managers, and customers.
• Clean MVR required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
