Vice President, Data and Business Operations
Blackstone is looking for a Vice President to join their Data and Business Operations team. This role involves overseeing data management systems and ensuring data integrity to support fundraising operations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical CRM skills and business acumen, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and improve processes.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for CRM and reporting
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM system
- Design and document workflows and dashboards
- Support fundraising teams with data analysis and insights
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or business operations
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in SQL and BI/reporting tools like Tableau
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM integrations
- Knowledge of data cleansing and data integrity
