Senior Java Developer

Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software application development or maintenance
• Strong expertise in JEE and Enterprise Technologies including JMS, JDBC, Web development, and more
• Proficiency in designing and developing SpringBoot Microservices
• Familiarity with container architecture and Kubernetes orchestration
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, particularly ES6+ and asynchronous programming
• Experience with front-end technologies like React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Competence in using GITLAB for version control
• Background in Agile project methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking

• Design and implement technical solutions that fulfill user functional and performance needs
• Ensure proactive maintenance of our Digital Banking applications and infrastructures
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing code defects and data issues
• Support the handling of complex and mission-critical applications
• Use judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions
• Lead small to medium-sized technical projects when needed
• Promote and enforce departmental best practices and standards
• Create and optimize real-time and file-based system integrations
• Strive to enhance developer experience and produce high-quality, maintainable code
• Advocate for refactoring and abstraction within the codebase
• Continuously seek to expand knowledge and assist team evolvement
• Mentor junior engineers and foster the technical growth of the team
