Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and functional abilities. They collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver personalized therapeutic services in outpatient or inpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.

  Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional capacity.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapy routines and preventive care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately.

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active state Physical Therapist license or registration.
  
  
• 
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
