Retail Team Member Sales - Golden Triangle - Part Time

Description Job Title: Retail Team Member Sales - PT Location: Store #59 Golden Triangle, 10851 North Beach Street, Fort Worth, Texas Salary: $14.82 per hour Work Hours: PT (28 hrs per week). Days and hours vary; 2 days off per week. Benefits: Company paid basic term life, PTO, voluntary dental, vision, STD, LTD and 401k. General Job Duties: Manage POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; answer telephones; provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers within seconds of arrival; assist customers on sales floor to select and locate merchandise; assist with maintenance of hangers and sizing of textiles; return empty racks and carts to production area; restock depleted merchandise; ensure overall appearance of sales floor; perform required cleaning throughout store. Other duties as requested. Skills/Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in a work or educational setting interacting positively with the public or team. Preferably 1 year customer service experience with public. Must be proficient in basic math, reading and writing; operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system); meet quotas; make pricing decisions based on product quality. Able to communicate clearly with customers and associates. Open availability preferred (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM‑7 PM). Physical Requirements: Physical stamina required: walking, standing for prolonged periods, stooping, reaching (up to 6 ft. with ladder); pulling, pushing, lifting 50 lbs; heavier lifting may require assistance; must be mobile to work in all areas of facility.
