Retail Team Member Sales - Bedford

Location Store #33 Bedford — 701 North Industries Blvd., Bedford, Texas Salary $14.82 per hour Work Hours Full‑Time (40 hours per week) Days and hours vary; 2 days off per week. Store open 7 days a week, 8 AM through 7 PM. Benefits Company‑paid basic term life, paid time off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and 401(k) General Job Duties Manage POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; answer telephones; provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous, attentive); greet customers within seconds of arrival; assist customers on sales floor to select and locate merchandise; assist with maintenance of hangers and sizing of textiles; return empty racks and carts to production area; restock depleted merchandise; responsible for overall appearance of sales floor; perform all necessary cleaning functions; other duties as requested. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team. One year of customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred. Proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system); meet quotas; make pricing decisions based on product quality; ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates. Physical Requirements Physical stamina needed to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Walking, standing for prolonged periods, stooping, reaching (up to 6 ft. with use of ladder if needed); pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds, heavier lifting may be required with assistance; sufficiently mobile to work in any area of the facility.
