Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Location Full Time • Irving, TX Compensation $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Salary plus commission/bonus, profit sharing. The role focuses on helping business grow through value‑based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarity. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products’ role in helping people manage risks. Self‑motivated. Ability to make presentations to potential customers. Ability to achieve mutually agreed marketing goals. Experience in marketing. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Property and Casualty license (must currently hold). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Licensing Licenses required: Property and Casualty (current or ability to obtain) and Life and Health (ability to obtain).
