Quality Manager

We are currently searching for an experienced Quality Manager for a well-established company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day manufacturing, production, logistics, and overall business operations.

Quality Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for all operations and the entire production cycle, including the workforce, machinery & tooling, production, processes, materials, supplies, facilities, and safety.

Lead and manage our operations and manufacturing teams as orders are processed through the shop, including contract review, production planning, manufacturing operations, and inventory and shipment activities.

Lead the development, resource planning, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing capabilities to implement improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Create and maintain a safe work environment that encourages and motivates employees to meet and exceed our commitment to satisfying customers in terms of price, delivery, and quality.

Ensure effective communication between shifts and other departments by ensuring established communication methods regarding company performance and safety.

Quality Manager Requirements:

BS/MS in business, engineering, operations management, or experience in a related field is preferred.

8+ years of Manufacturing Management experience

5+ years of Machine Shop/CNC experience

ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 experience

Quality Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Salary base $95K - $120K on experience
