Branch Security Officer - South Coast Plaza

Summary The Branch Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure store environment while supporting daily operations and delivering a high level of client service. This role performs security controls, opening and closing procedures, and assists with facility tasks. The officer also contributes to the in-store customer experience and helps the team achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities Provide security and operational support to deter theft and protect store assets. Partner with senior security and management to report missing assets and respond to emergencies. Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, key access controls, and required report submissions. Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back-of-house operations. Support sales by delivering a positive client experience and acting as a brand ambassador on the sales floor. Requirements High school graduate. Basic computer skills. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Authorization to work in the United States.
