About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ultimately increasing revenue through a focus on digital channels. This pivotal role involves overseeing website management, loyalty applications, and CRM, and leading initiatives to optimize the online presence and drive business results. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing digital advertising campaigns, and ensuring the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts. Applicants for the Head of Digital Marketing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of digital strategy development and execution, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, website management, loyalty applications, and CRM, as well as proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and be adept at tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making and optimization efforts.
