We are looking for ambitious Team Leads to join our team at Chick-fil-A Cleveland Avenue . We are looking for leaders for both our Front of House (FOH - Hospitality) and Back of House (BOH - Kitchen) operations. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation. Take charge of delivering excellence, driving team performance, and ensuring an unmatched experience for both guests and team members.
Your Impact
- Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House. Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
- Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
- Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
- Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
- Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
- Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise
- Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
Background Profile
- 1+ years of Leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations
- Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
- Desires career growth and will thrive with our Leadership Development and Mentoring
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
