Travel EP Lab Tech Role: Assist in electrophysiology procedures such as cardiac ablations, device implantations, and cardiac mapping. Responsibilities: Prepare patients, operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment, monitor patient responses, assist physicians, administer medications, and provide post-procedure care. Qualifications: At least one year of recent EP Lab Tech experience, current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certifications. Preferred licenses include radiologic technologist credentials and additional certifications like PALS or ENPC. Skills: Critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical ability to handle equipment, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Key Duties: Perform patient assessments, educate patients, support procedural workflow, ensure safety and infection control, and collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans.
