Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager (Delivery TPM)

Job Description Leads the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Creates, reviews, and maintains documentation, including design review, commissioning, and problem‑solving papers. Implements and oversees quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards. Conducts detailed site walks and leads startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects. Identifies gaps in risk identification and mitigation and develops tailored solutions. Serves as primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers. Selects, negotiates, and manages contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and construction activities align with approved designs. Oversees installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 - $199,500 per year. Career Level – IC4. Responsibilities Lead construction of data centers in partnership with colocation providers. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders across multiple projects. Create, review, and maintain project documentation ensuring standards and quality. Implement and oversee quality control processes. Conduct site walks and manage startup/commissioning phases. Identify and mitigate project risks, developing tailored solutions. Serve as primary contact with colocation providers, resolving issues independently. Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Communicate progress and address design integration with teams. Oversee installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems. Collaborate across organization, aligning expectations and supporting inclusive initiatives. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, escalating critical issues and documenting solutions. Continuously improve processes, protocols, and workflows. Coach and mentor junior team members in learning and development.
