About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis to lead its FP&A function. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and consolidated reporting, as well as strategic finance initiatives and finance transformation. This role requires a trusted advisor who can translate financial and operational performance into clear insights, risks, opportunities, and actions. The VP will also be instrumental in scaling the finance organization, enhancing planning and reporting capabilities, and supporting IPO readiness. Key responsibilities include leading the company's enterprise planning cadence, owning the consolidated financial model, and driving forecast discipline across business units. The role demands a leader with a strong background in financial consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, and experience with EPM platforms such as OneStream, Hyperion, or Anaplan. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for an MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial designation. A minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related finance function is required, with a proven track record of leading corporate FP&A within a medium-to-large company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed, or publicly traded environment, as well as within consumer products, retail, licensing, brand management, media, or entertainment organizations, is highly valued. The role also involves team leadership, organizational development, and cross-functional partnership, making it essential for the candidate to have a strong background in these areas.
