About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner, providing financial oversight, operational rigor, and performance optimization. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, disciplined forecasting, and actionable insights that drive profitability and support business growth. The Vice President will be responsible for leading the month-end close process, managing client-level forecasts, and acting as a key advisor on financial performance, client profitability, and resource allocation. Additionally, the role involves monitoring client profitability, supporting renewals, and generating mid-level manager reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in finance, with a deep understanding of financial accounting, P&L, balance sheet management, and revenue recognition methodologies. Applicants for the Vice President, Client Finance position at the company should possess essential skills including strong financial analysis and planning, the ability to manage workloads effectively, and a self-starter attitude. A background in agency experience, particularly in advertising, PR, communications, or media, is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a consulting and client service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive working relationships. The Vice President will also be responsible for team leadership, including the management and development of a Financial Analyst.
