About the Role
The Company is seeking a Client Integration AVP for its Banking Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding management of banking clients, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience. This role involves acting as a central coordination point between various teams, including the front office, KYC, compliance, operations, legal, and credit risk, to deliver an optimal onboarding process. The AVP will also be involved in driving continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting strategic projects to enhance the client onboarding experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in banking and securities products, with a focus on KYC, regulatory, legal, and credit skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The AVP will be expected to proactively manage the pipeline of onboarding requests, work with stakeholders to fulfill these requests, and ensure that all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner. The position also requires the ability to build relationships and collaborate across business and support functions, and to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
