Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Weekday shifts 4p–8a / Weekend shifts 2p–8a
Job Setting: NICU
Coverage Requirement: Must be willing to work at both facility locations
Patient Population: Neonatal
Credentialing: Expedited process available once bid is accepted
EMR: Facility-specific orientation provided
Travel: Provider must reside 90+ miles from facility to qualify
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner required
Active Arizona NP license required
Active DEA required
PACNP training required
NRP certification required through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Experience in NICU coverage strongly preferred
Must be comfortable with extended overnight coverage
Provider must be willing to complete CHS credentialing and enrollment requirements including CAQH questionnaire
