Sub-Contract Installer(s) - Commercial Construction Division 10

Looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking for subcontract installers/installation companies to work on commercial construction projects across Miami and multiple cities in Florida. Is the role right for you? Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, commercial washroom accessories and/or lockers. Ability to read blueprints and drawings. Ability to work independently on jobsites. Frequent communication and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers regarding project expectations and job status. Identify potential issues or conflicts in site-specific conditions. Responsible for supplying tools, a cargo van or trailer and other installation equipment. Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and work is paid on a piecemeal basis.
