South Portland, Maine | Full-Time | In-Office
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends
$23-$26 per hour DOE + Benefits + Weekly Pay

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree a plus
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration
Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
