Senior Accountant

Competitive Compensation: Up to $115K base salary (DOE) + Bonuses 401(k) with generous match Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance Generous PTO & paid holidays Collaborative work environment supporting public company compliance Work‑life balance: Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility Hybrid‑remote: partial on‑site required for team collaboration Key Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and post journal entries and analyze reconciliations Support month‑end close, intercompany entries, and eliminations Maintain lease accounting compliance with ASC 842 Assist with fixed assets and depreciation schedules Conduct freight expense and SG&A analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Contribute to SEC filing support and audit prep Reconcile liability, bank, and unvouchered accounts Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and senior‑level insights Qualifications – Needed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of SEC reporting experience in a public company At least 5 years in similar accounting roles Proficiency with GAAP and internal controls Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft D365, ProducePro, or other ERP systems Knowledge of lease accounting and fixed asset management Audit or international accounting experience is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
