Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Bilingual | Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associate – Store‑in‑Store (SiS) at T‑Mobile is a frontline retail role in a warehouse/club kiosk environment. The associate serves as the face of T‑Mobile, providing knowledgeable, energy‑filled service to customers in a high‑traffic setting. Job Responsibilities Engage proactively with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to communicate effectively, educate, and showcase the value of T‑Mobile warehouse/club member benefits. Complete training on store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and maintain knowledge of systems and reference resources. Continuously improve skills through practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations. Build personal rapport, establish trust and loyalty, and exceed customer expectations. Attract potential customers to drive sales, follow‑up, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers. Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Work Experience 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred). Customer advocacy: Passionate advocate with ability to balance customer experience and performance goals (Required). Team building: Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and resolve customer issues (Required). Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required). At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel: Not required. DOT regulated position: No; Safety Sensitive Position: No. Compensation and Benefits Hourly base pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay for first 90 days. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert with annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year based on performance and full‑time status. Guaranteed minimum earnings of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
