Contracts Manager, Buy with Prime & Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment

Description We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our rapidly growing Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment businesses. The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, and will support drafting and negotiating contracts, help develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. You will also participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals and collaborative projects, and have access and visibility to business leadership. Key job responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial agreements on an as needed basis Identify key risks/gaps in underlying contracts and recommend changes to mitigate risk Respond promptly, accurately, and crisply to business requests for legal advice and elevate appropriately where required Develop and maintain: contract templates, training materials on contracting, confidentiality, company policies, standard operating procedures for contracting processes and track associated metrics, and other legal resources Support the continuous improvement of processes impacting our legal team and the businesses we support A day in the life Your day will be a blend of strategic problem-solving and collaborative engagement. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
