The Pines at Sunriver is looking for a dedicated Engineering Supervisor to join our amazing team full‑time. As a key member of the Resort Operations Team, the Engineering Supervisor oversees a team of maintenance technicians while coordinating daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep. Your leadership ensures our resort remains safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest and owner. As a Engineering Supervisor , you will: Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all resort units and public areas are in top condition Coordinate schedules, assign daily tasks, and balance business needs with employee requests Train, mentor, and develop your team for success Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with efficiency and courtesy Manage budgets, records, payroll, and departmental operations Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies Step in and assist with hands‑on maintenance when needed Handle additional responsibilities as assigned To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic . Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience CPO certification 2+ years of supervisory experience At least 2 years of maintenance experience Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays Valid driver’s license Additional Information Why Westgate?
