Private Equity Associate Attorney

LHH is working with an AmLaw & Vault 50 ranked firm that is seeking a Private Equity Associate for their Boston office . You’ll have the opportunity to: Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the full lifecycle of acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth investments, and other strategic transactions. Advise on sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals for market-leading investment funds. Collaborate with nationally recognized attorneys across finance, tax, executive compensation, antitrust, restructuring, and other specialty practices. Build direct client relationships while taking on increasing ownership of sophisticated transactions. Requirements: 3 to 6 years of private equity experience from a leading law firm. Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills. Outstanding academic credentials and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
