Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Position Type: Full time And Part time position in office available (no remote)
Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Work Authorization: Legal to work in United states (No sponsorship provided)

Driving License : Required
Number of Openings: 2 openings available
Hourly Pay Range: $18.5
Office operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM PST to 12 AM PST
Shift hours: 8Hrs. with 30. break Full time (minimum 40hrs a week)
5Hrs. with 10. break part time (minimum 20-25 hrs a week, 5 days
(2 weekly off can be any day we open on Saturdays too )

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to all applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

· Welcome and greet customers, addressing their inquiries, comments, and concerns in an office setting.

· Generate car rental agreements in adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Efficiently manage car rental check-outs and check-ins, including verifying customer details,

Insurance coverage, vehicle information, VIN numbers, mileage, and fuel levels.

· Receive thorough paid on-the-job training.

· Handle customer directing them to exit booths, offering local directions, maps,

and return instructions when necessary.

· Manage car rental check-ins.Walk around car check for damages and open a claim

(TAKE RETURN VEHICLES)

· At times may have to help in cleaning cars taking returns driving vehicles to different parking lots.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in basic English; bilingual skills are advantageous.

· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.

· Possession of a valid state driver's license.

· Legal authorization to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship.

· Availability to work on weekends.

· Potential for additional commission (details provided during on-the-job training).
