Quick Facts: Location: Chambersburg, PA Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date: 12/01/2026 Shift: 24-hour coverage shifts, 07:00 - 07:00 Schedule: September 1–8, November 16–23 (PRN, approximately once every 12–14 weeks) Hours/Week: Variable based on coverage needs Employment Type: Contract / PRN License/Certs: PA Medical License, BC or BE in Urology, DEA Experience: Urology practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $3,251.82 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide urology consultations and inpatient/outpatient procedures at a hospital with 76 beds Manage a broad urologic patient population with diverse needs Support hospital staff with specialized urology coverage during assigned shifts Collaborate using the EPIC EMR system Communicate effectively with patients and hospital team members Provide phone call support for patients in adjacent regions (Gettysburg, Waynesboro, Fulton County Medical Center) as needed What You Need: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology Pennsylvania medical license (or eligible for licensing) DEA certification At least 2-3 years of urology practice experience preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail About the Assignment: This PRN urology coverage assignment at a leading facility in Chambersburg, PA, offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base.
