Candidates should have a strong understanding of the sport, including rules, coaching fundamentals, situational concepts, and in‑game coaching. The role involves creating an educational environment that promotes individual improvement, fair play, sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit, while fostering enthusiasm, professionalism, and a healthy lifestyle for students. The coach will develop the soccer program and culture, manage people and teams, and must complete required courses (Concussion and Implicit Bias, district trainings, CPR/AED, and two additional courses by the start of the second year). Candidates should be able to provide an application, resume, and three references with contact information.
