Compensation Qualified NP/PA hourly rate is $75 per hour . Monthly bonus opportunities and a signing bonus of $20,000 paid within the first six months of employment. The full bonus is dependent on performance, employment dates, and contract details. Manage adult and pediatric patients in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of ailments. Contribute to a positive and supportive medical community. Minimum Qualifications 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a high‑volume urgent care setting, including management of adult and pediatric patients. Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of application. Active board certification with NCCPA for Physician Assistants. Active board certification with AANP or ANCC for Family Nurse Practitioners. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine. 3+ years of experience in a high‑volume urgent care setting, including management of adult and pediatric patients.
