Social Media Community Manager
Social Element offers an indefinite contract for a Social Media Community Manager.
Ideal candidate:
- Language Skills: Excellent written communication in Spanish and advanced English for internal communication.
- Experience: Community management, customer service on social media, or content management for brands or agencies.
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Digital Tools: Familiarity with Sprinklr and Social Sprout.
- Autonomy and Remote Work: Ability to work autonomously remotely and maintain productivity.
- Technical Requirements: Adequate equipment and internet connection.
Functions and responsibilities:
- Community Management and Moderation: Administer and moderate online communities for automotive and financial sectors in the Spanish market.
- Social Media Interaction: Post and respond to comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, maintaining the brand's tone.
- Engagement Analysis: Monitor interactions to optimize content and foster an active community.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure comments follow the rules, promoting an inclusive space.
- Collaboration and Adaptation: Work with marketing to align strategies and apply social media trends to content creation.
