Requirements
- 1+ years of Emergency Department experience
- Active Ohio or Compact RN License
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Current American Heart Association PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care according to age-specific criteria.
- Utilize scientific knowledge and clinical skills to make informed judgments regarding patient care.
- Guide and support non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries, in delivering patient care.
- Adapt to floating assignments across various units as needed to meet the healthcare facility's requirements.
