NFI Industries is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Reefer Drivers in Front Royal, VA.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,600
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• Bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Regional / Home two days per week (no midweek)
• Operating Area: East coast from Charlotte, NC to Boston, MA
• No Touch/Drop & Hook - Drivers will be pulling refrigerated 53" trailers to and from Sysco distribution centers with prescheduled backhauls. Drivers are responsible for on time delivery and ensuring their loads are secured.

Equipment

• Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo with Sleepers
• 53’ trailers
• Reefer & Sleeper tractors - no slip seating!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record.
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Hazmat (preferred - NFI will assist)
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75 miles of Front Royal, VA or be willing to relocate for this position
