What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule fire alarm, sprinkler, extinguisher, and life safety inspections. Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and inspection requirements. Dispatch and support field technicians to ensure efficient daily operations. Track inspection deadlines and maintain compliance schedules. Prepare inspection reports, documentation, and service records. Coordinate follow-up inspections and corrective actions. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting operations and sales teams. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Experience in scheduling, service coordination, or administrative support. Fire protection, construction, or facilities management experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
