Job Title: Senior Buyer
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $36.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary (~4 months, 07/06/2026 - 11/06/2026)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

• Coordinate global procurement of raw materials for specific product lines to meet master schedule and customer order requirements
• Strategically purchase raw materials to optimize inventory management and support production planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant procurement/buying experience
• Proficiency in SAP or a related ERP/MRP system; strong knowledge of BOM and planning
• Experience with lean principles, supply chain management, and ordering policy development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, AP, and internal stakeholders
• Sound judgment, time management, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; light lifting up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device manufacturing or supply base experience
• APICS or other relevant industry certification
