Dance Instructor

Position Overview We are hiring a Dance Instructor to conduct private and group dance classes, help students reach their personal dance goals, and deliver our dance curriculum. This high‑energy, customer‑focused role requires attendance at studio events during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. Assist students in achieving their dance goals, from single events to lifelong growth. Engage with students from all walks of life and provide a welcoming, supportive environment. Attend studio events on weekdays evenings and weekends as required. Required Qualifications Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance. Outstanding customer service skills. Committed to the work and willing to adhere to studio expectations. Hold themselves accountable. Unselfish team player, ready to accept coaching and feedback for improvement. Positive outlook – cup always half full. Exceptional physical fitness and endurance. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.
