Job Description
Performs phlebotomy, capillary, and arterial puncture on patients of all ages. Performs tests and procedures on specimens received in the laboratory according to protocols contained in the procedure manuals. Operates and maintains equipment and instruments within the laboratory according to manufacturer and laboratory established procedure, specifically: Processing/running of laboratory specimens, Calibration, Quality Control, Daily Preventative Maintenance, Basic Troubleshooting.
