RN - Rehab

Registered Nurse - Med Surge/Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position at a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to adult patients, implementing recovery plans and assisting in rehabilitation therapies.

Schedule

6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and follow treatment plans as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective care strategies.
• Assist patients with daily activities to promote recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience with adult patient populations, particularly in Med Surge/Rehab settings.
