About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Step-Down Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Two shifts available Hours per Shift: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Experience: Minimum of 1 year critical care or step-down experience License: Current Registered Nurse license in the Client Certifications: - Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification from the American Heart Association only Must-Have: - 1 year critical care or step-down experience Description: Care of patients who meet the medical step-down level of care. Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the Client. Basic Life Support certification must be from the American Heart Association only. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be from the American Heart Association only. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. Two years of critical care or step-down experience is preferred. Holiday coverage is required.
