Highlights

• Total Joint Surgeon
• Clinical practice will be in Indian Trail & Monroe or Rea Village & Ballantyne, NC
• Surgical cases performed at Atrium Health Union and Atrium Health Union West
• Initial guarantee salary with RVU production incentive, Bonus structure based on quality metrics
• Office and Clinical hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Call 1:6
• 6 experienced surgeons, 1 Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician, and 6 APPs
• Modern surgical suites with high-definition video capability and other state of the art equipment
• Opportunities in research, education, and athletic partnerships
• EPIC EMR
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Training and/or Experience Required

• BC/BE Orthopedic physician must be ACGME trained.
• Successful completion of Adult Reconstruction (primary/revision hip and knee arthroplasty) Fellowship
• New grads will be considered.
