Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services. Patient Services Specialist Job Summary The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for front‑end business operations for the assigned clinic: patient registration, verification of demographic information, creation and maintenance of electronic charts, answering and routing calls, scheduling intake appointments, obtaining insurance verifications, identifying patient amounts due, and identifying potential funding sources. The specialist also notifies the clinical team when registration is completed and schedules follow‑up appointments. Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare preferred. 1‑3 years of experience with insurance verification or front‑desk experience in a medical office setting preferred. Knowledge of AHCCCS, insurance processes, and strong customer service skills. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered. Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks).
