Customer Services Representative - Entry Level

Job Description As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Day-to-day, you can expect to respond to customer inquiries. Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture.
