Experience Level:

Senior level Chief Financial Officer with an estimated 5 - 10 years of experience in single family rentals (1-4 units), and related real estate experience. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with knowledge of real estate accounting principles. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated ability to earn credibility and influence team members. Outstanding time management and organizational skills with an ability to multitask, prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment. High-energy team player that is a self-starter that can work proactively with limited supervision. Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities:

? Lead, empower, train, and support Client's current Director of Operations; oversee deliverables and keep activities on track? Provide portfolio management on existing portfolio and new assets into portfolio (looking to grow at 200 - 400 units per year)? Refine and implement team goals and objectives to maximize the long-term health of the portfolio and drive superior financial performance? Manage relationships with third-party management agents to meet goals, build annual budgets and oversee capital assessments and improvements? Oversee property performance, review financial statements, prepare quarterly forecasts and generate reports for senior leadership? Ensure property management's KPIs are being met consistently? Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders? Oversee property and portfolio compliance

Requirements:

The role of CFO is very senior, hence a high level of experience is expected for anyone applying for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
