Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities Supervise all of a warehouse’s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies Analyze logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations Implement operational policies and procedures. Motivate, organize, and discipline staff Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Ensure safety of staff Possible use of Lift Truck to move materials Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Regularly lift up to 25lbs Be able to walk, stand, or lift the entire shift Knowledge of PVF is a plus Chauffeur's license is also a bonus Some years of related warehouse experience Work Setting Grand Rapids, MI Monday - Friday, day shift OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM PTO, paid holidays, birthday off with pay and jump starts GM and Ford vehicle discount Medical, company pays 75% of premium along with a free medical wrap Free telemedicine with medical enrollment Vision Life Insurance and AD&D Critical Illness and Accident insurance Short and Long Term Disability 401K program with a 25% match with no cap!
