The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working closely with project teams and leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.What You Will DoReconcile project from beginning to endCreate and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reportingMonitor unit cost variablesMaintain cost accounting system and cost ledgerProvide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data to upper managementPrepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsSupervise employees ensuring completion of operational requirements and maintain follow up on work resultsProtect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidentialRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting and 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.Solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and reviewIntermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP) data manipulation requiredJob costing experience preferredFederal contracting experience a plusHighly motivated, energetic and professionally assertiveExcellent communication, negotiating, analytical and problem solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal SkillsExcellent exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skillsStrong personnel management skillsTravel flexibilityWhat to ExpectThis role offers a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment focused on project costing, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
