Woods Machinery is a family-owned, full-service Bobcat equipment dealership seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow an established Central New Jersey territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional to represent industry-leading equipment brands while building a rewarding career with $125,000+ earning potential.

- Represent industry-leading brands including Bobcat, Finn, Wacker Neuson, and Exmark.
- Sell new and used equipment, attachments, rentals and product support solutions
- Strong support from dedicated Parts, Service, Rental, and Sales Administration teams
- Qualified leads generated through rentals, service, and digital marketing
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an established sales territory
- Prospect and develop new business while growing existing accounts
- Call on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers
- Conduct equipment demonstrations, job site visits, and customer follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close equipment sales
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer activity and sales opportunities in the CRM
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in equipment, construction, rental, truck, industrial, or B2B outside sales
- Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license
