Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under their direct supervision. Ensure that contract required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met. Cross‑train officers to make them more versatile and run site efficiently. Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to client site specific Post Orders. Supervise and coordinate security staff activities. Implement security protocols and procedures. Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed. Train security personnel on security protocols and best practices. Ability to de‑escalate conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly. Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management. Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders. Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift. Education High school diploma or equivalent Current and valid driver’s license Active PERC Card Must Possess One Or More Of The Following Minimum of (1‑2) years verifiable and successful Security Supervisor experience.
