Ready to start your career in business, sales, and account management?
J&R Consulting Group is expanding in Metro Detroit and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales & Account Representative .
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals looking to build professional experience in sales, client relations, and business development .
You do not need years of experience to get started. We are looking for people who are confident, dependable, competitive, and excited to learn.
What You'll Do
- Meet directly with business customers throughout the local market
- Represent our clients and their products/services professionally
- Build relationships with new and existing accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with new customer acquisition and account development
- Track sales activity and customer interactions
- Work alongside an energetic, goal-oriented team
- Develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, and account management

Sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience in hospitality, retail, athletics, customer-facing positions, campus organizations, or other fast-paced environments can translate well into this role.
