About the Opportunity Our Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity is located in Avondale, AZ. This is a PRN position working day shifts as needed. Compensation & Benefits Competitive PRN rate of $60 per hour 401(k) with company match No productivity mandates; quality over quotas Career advancement and mentorship paths Health and wellness programs The Role – What You’ll Do Deliver care aligned with our patient‑centered values Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech‑language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency disorders Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, including ongoing assessment and discharge planning Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment aligned with safety and infection prevention standards Qualifications – What We’re Looking For Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist BLS/CPR Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year status required Physical Requirements A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation. Hearing required. Manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard. Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
