Territory Business Manager

Take over, retain and further develop POLYTECH’s established client base of surgeons, clinics and hospitals throughout Belgium. Build trusted, long-term partnerships with plastic surgeons, breast surgeons, clinics, hospitals, purchasing stakeholders and other relevant decision-makers. Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, identify new business opportunities and systematically increase POLYTECH’s market presence in Belgium. Provide approved product support and contribute to product launches, workshops, congresses, educational activities and generally client-oriented events. Take ownership of your client portfolio, sales pipeline and forecasts while collaborating with POLYTECH’s international commercial and support teams. Your profile You have a degree or comparable qualification in business administration, life sciences, healthcare or a related field. Equivalent relevant commercial experience will also be considered. You have several years of successful sales experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare or premium aesthetic products. You have strong experience in account management and new-business development; an established network in plastic surgery, breast surgery, aesthetic medicine or the Belgian hospital and clinic sector is an advantage. You communicate credibly with highly specialized clinical clients and build sustainable relationships through professionalism, reliability and strong interpersonal skills. You demonstrate initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, data-driven approach. You are able to travel regularly throughout Belgium and internationally when required, and have fully professional Flemish Dutch and French as well as strong working English.
