Are you a Maintenance Manager with experience in high-volume production and automation, looking to take the lead in a pivotal role within a growing, industry-leading organization?

You'll join a collaborative operations team, where your expertise in preventative maintenance, team development, and CAPEX project execution will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of a modern facility.

The Role

Oversee preventative maintenance and process improvement initiatives.
Manage and execute maintenance strategies and CAPEX projects.
Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals.

The candidate

Experience in high volume production.
Experience in building and growing teams.
Maintenance Manager.
